Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. This arbitration provision survives termination of these Terms.

Small Claims Exception

Notwithstanding the arbitration agreement, either party may bring individual claims in small claims court or similar forum for disputes within that court's jurisdictional limits.

Class Action Waiver
